Shipping
We aim to dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days.
During peak demand or festive seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number to monitor delivery.
- Standard Delivery (All India): 3–7 business days
- Express Delivery (Select Cities): 1–3 business days
- International Delivery: 5–10 business days (depending on destination)
- Couriers typically do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping (India): ₹99 (Free for orders above ₹999)
- Express Shipping (India): ₹249
- International Shipping: Flat rate of $25 (inclusive of duties and taxes)
- Express orders placed before 12 PM IST are shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as Pre-Order will ship according to the estimated date shown on the product page.
Pre-order dates are estimates and may vary due to production or logistics factors.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will be shipped together when all items are available.
For orders above ₹15,000, partial shipping may be done.
For faster delivery, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the courier, Buones is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
Important Notes
We do not ship to PO Boxes or incomplete addresses.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays or regional restrictions.
All returns must use our provided label (for domestic) or a tracked courier service (for international).
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving your return.
