Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been processed for shipping, whichever comes first.
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@buones.in with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Buones reserves the right to cancel any order under the following conditions

The product is out of stock or discontinued

A pricing or inventory error occurs

Payment or verification issues arise

The transaction is suspected to be fraudulent
In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to your original method of payment.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

It is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

It is accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

It is not part of the non-returnable category
- in case any exchange/replacement product will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@buones.com with clear images of the issue for verification.
After verification, Buones will:

Replace the product, or

Issue a full refund, or
-
Provide store credit (based on product availability)
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received, your refund will be Credited within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI, following confirmation.

Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are permitted only for the same product or size variant, subject to stock availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided instead.
